How certificates are earned
Certificates come from certificate-ready tracks.
You need to complete the required lessons and prompts in that track. Lessons count through I Did This. Prompts count through prompt completion.
What a certificate contains
A certificate stores a snapshot of the track title and learner details at the time it was issued.
It includes a verification code so someone can check that the certificate exists and has not been revoked.
Why some tracks do not show certificates
Knowledge Builders (creators) can request certificate eligibility, but certificate-ready tracks must pass review before they issue certificates.
This protects learners from weak or incomplete certificate paths.
