Where it starts
- Open a lesson in the Feed.
- Tap Share.
- Choose Challenge.
- Pick a friend you follow.
- Choose a deadline, then send.
What your friend sees
The challenge appears in their Challenges screen. They can accept or decline.
When they accept, the challenge becomes active. Both people need to complete the same lesson action before the deadline.
How it completes
A challenge completes when the required I Did This actions are recorded before the deadline.
Challenge badges appear in Profile when earned.
When a challenge cannot be sent
You cannot challenge someone on a lesson they have already completed with I Did This. You also cannot send that lesson challenge if you already completed it yourself.
You must follow the friend you choose. You cannot challenge yourself, challenge a creator on their own lesson, or challenge from your own lesson.
Only one open challenge for the same lesson is allowed for either participant. SkillKnex also limits how many open challenges each person can have. The configured default is five, but use the current limit and message shown in the app because Admin can change it.
Challenge invites are rate-limited. If either person is at the open-challenge limit, choose another time after an existing challenge closes.
