Privacy and Your Data

Find privacy controls, blocked accounts, and your personal data export.

Find the right control

Open Privacy from your profile settings. It links to Analytics, Blocked Users, My Data, and Teen Safety. These are separate controls, so changing one does not automatically change all the others.

Export your data

Exports can contain personal account and activity information. Store them securely and only share them with someone you intend to give that information to. Exporting data is separate from deleting your account.

  1. Open Privacy, then My Data.
  2. Select the data categories you want to export and use the export action shown.
  3. Check Export History for previous requests. When a latest export is saved on this device, use Share without requesting another export.
