Create an account
Use an email address you can access. If you already registered or are waiting to confirm your email, use Sign in instead of starting another registration.
- Choose Create account and enter the name, username, email, password, confirmation, and date of birth requested.
- Read the linked terms and complete the required acceptance. Optional usage analytics is a separate choice.
- Submit and follow the email verification and onboarding instructions shown.
Sign in
The sign-in form accepts an email or username with your password. A Send me a sign-in code option is also available on that screen; follow its email instructions.
Keep verification codes private. Enter them only in the sign-in or verification flow you started. If a code cannot be used, follow the current resend instructions and countdown rather than repeatedly requesting new codes.
Forgot your password?
If you cannot access the email account or the recovery flow still fails, contact support. Do not send your password or verification code in the support message.
- Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your email and choose Send Reset Code.
- Complete the verification flow, then choose and confirm a new password that meets the displayed requirements.
- Wait for confirmation that the password update succeeded.
