What Plus is
SkillKnex Plus is an optional membership. If it is available to you, the app shows the current benefits, price, billing period, and any trial terms before you subscribe.
Plus does not buy SKX, convert SKX into money, or give SKX monetary value.
Manage or cancel your membership
Open SkillKnex Plus in the app, then choose Manage billing or Cancel membership. The secure subscription manager for the store that owns your subscription handles changes and cancellation.
Deleting your SkillKnex account does not cancel Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Cancel the subscription in its store to stop future charges.
Restore a previous purchase
If you paid on another device, open SkillKnex Plus and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase, then allow the app to refresh your membership status.
If the restore does not complete, check the store account first, then contact Support with the store, device, and a short description of what happened.
Billing and refunds
Apple and Google process billing, cancellation, and refunds for their own purchases. Store rules and support processes apply to those requests.
