Which dashboard answers my question?
Creator tools groups the available analytics dashboards. Impact Dashboard focuses on actions and lesson outcomes. Grow Dashboard covers audience growth and returning learners.
Content Analytics compares lesson and prompt performance. Audience Insights covers aggregate audience patterns. Only currently enabled dashboards appear, so your menu may not show every dashboard.
Use the dashboard for the question you have. A view, a saved lesson, an I Did This action, and a financial earning are different measures.
SKX support and cash earnings are different
The Earn Dashboard separates SKX app credit from cash earnings. SKX support from gifts and impact rewards is spendable app credit, not a cash balance.
Cash earnings, when available, distinguish pending amounts from the cleared cash balance. Check the displayed currency, share, clearing period, next release, and readiness message.
If cash terms cannot be verified, the screen shows Cash earnings unavailable instead of an estimated balance. Retry rather than treating missing figures as confirmed earnings.
History and refunds
Use the displayed monthly history and payout request history to follow activity. Where offered, View full history, Load more history, and Export full history provide further records.
The Earn Dashboard explains that a refund while an earning is pending cancels that earning. A refund after clearing can create a negative cash balance recovered from future earnings. That negative cash balance does not reduce SKX credit.
Follow the current readiness instructions before requesting a payout. A pending earning is not a completed payout, and a payout request is not confirmation that funds arrived.
